Our database currently contains the whole genome sequences of type and reference strains, and include species and sub species along with their 16S rRNA sequences, all validated by experts in bacterial taxonomy. TrueBac™ ID system accurately identifies genome and 16S sequences and contains most of the bacterial species of importance to clinicians and industry.
